That means that the bank is obligated to pay the landlord as long as the conditions in the guarantee agreement are fulfilled.

To process your application for a rent guarantee, we require the following:

  • Documents verifying your level of income and assets

  • The completed application for issue of a rent guarantee

  • A copy of the valid rental agreement
