Fatma Ünsal-Altın , İşbank Accounting department
The only profession that really appealed to Fatma Ünsal-Altın was banking which is why she applied for a position at İşbank in 2005. ‘That İşbank might be special because it is a subsidiary of one of the largest private banks in Turkey is something that never crossed my mind,’ she now says, after working at İşbank for more than six years. But she was pleasantly surprised at how varied working in İşbank’s small teams is.

‘Before heading off to university, I completed a one-year internship at the İşbank branch in Düsseldorf,’ says Seda Baran-Kadıoğlu. Because she liked the flexible, solutions-oriented working atmosphere and dealing with the bank’s customers so much, she once again applied for a position at İşbank after completing her degree in business. Today, the 28-year-old says: ‘Anyone who enjoys working with customers and being in a Turkish-German environment will love working for İşbank.’
