Free Cash Service with the İşbank-Girocard

 

The ATMs in our branches are available for a free cash service. In addition, you can use the ATMs from Cardpoint GmbH's existing network for free cash withdrawals with İşbank Girocard. Click the link to find out where your nearest ATM is.

In addition, you can easily cash back in well-known supermarkets with your İşbank Girocard. From a purchase value of at least 10 to 20 EUR you can withdraw up to 200 EUR free of charge.

 

Fees of the ATM Operators

 

These fees may be charged by any ATM operator for cash withdrawals - directly to the customer wishing to withdraw the cash. The additional fee is always displayed before the payment at the ATM. As a customer, you can then decide whether you want to pay the fee or cancel the process for free. The assumption of the fee for our customers up to an amount of EUR 3.95 per withdrawal with İşbank Girocard at ATMs belonging to the Association of German Banks has been lifted.
