Complaint Handling

Upon receipt of a complaint, the complainant will receive an acknowledgment of receipt and the complaint will be processed promptly. Since every complaint is individual, must be examined and requires necessary research, the final result will be communicated to the complainant in an appropriate period of time in oral and / or written form, depending on the complexity of the facts.
