Gamze Yalçın (Ankara, 1971) holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Middle East Technical University (1993) and a Master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK (1998). She also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP193) at Harvard Business School (2017).
She started her professional career at Turkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1993 and held various positions in risk management, financial management, and business analysis. Between 2017 and 2023, Gamze Yalçın served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Sustainability Leader of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. In December 2023, she was appointed Chairperson of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Isbank AG, the European subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.
Over the course of her career, Gamze Yalçın has held numerous board-level positions within the İşbank Group. Between 2019 and 2024, she served as a Member of the Board of Directors of TSKB A.Ş., the Group’s development and investment banking arm. From 2018 to 2022, she served first as Vice Chair and subsequently as Chair of the Supervisory Board of İşbank AG. Between 2018 and 2020, she also served as Chair of İş Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (İş Investment Trust). Earlier in her career, she served as a Board Auditor of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. (Şişecam) from 2008 to 2010.
In addition to her executive and board responsibilities, Gamze Yalçın is a founding member of the Risk Managers Association of Türkiye and served as Chair of its Board of Directors from 2014 to 2017. She has played an active role in initiatives related to integrated reporting, climate governance, and sustainable development, representing Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. within the corporate membership structures of ERTA (Integrated Reporting Türkiye Network) and BCSD Türkiye (Business Council for Sustainable Development Türkiye) until April 2024.
In June 2024, Gamze Yalçın was elected to the Board of the Association of International Banks in Germany (VIB) and has been serving as a Board Member since then.
Ms Ayşe Doğan, born in 1975, has been a member of the Management Board of İşbank AG since 01 May 2021 and is responsible for the business areas: Risk Management, Money Laundering Prevention, Compliance, Legal, Data Protection, Internal Audit, Human Resources and the Management Board Secretariat.
Ms Doğan started in 2015 as Head of Legal at the head office of İşbank AG in Frankfurt. In the following years, she took over additional business areas as Divisional Head. In September 2018, she was appointed as Deputy CEO. Her expertise includes Assessment of systems to prevent money laundering, terrorism financing and other criminal acts, compliance management systems, management of all material financial and non-financial risks, effectiveness of risk management systems of credit institutions, legal and regulatory requirements, structuring and syndication of credit transactions, refinancing, credit processes, data protection, human resources and corporate governance.
Before joining İşbank AG, Ms Doğan worked at Aareal Bank AG for 11 years. Initially, she worked in the structuring of the lending business with a focus on corporate banking, cross-border and portfolio financing (market). Later, in her capacity as a lawyer, she took on the role of Transaction Advisory (control function). In addition, she supported the management in setting up and structuring the bank's representative office in Istanbul.
Ms Doğan graduated in law from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and is a fully qualified lawyer. She holds the following additional degrees: Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) - Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Investment and Finance Advisor - European Business School - Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (EBS), Real Estate M&A Advisor (EBS), Certified Data Protection Officer, Certification for Personality Procedures in Personnel Diagnostics - people analytica, Practitioner in transactional Business & Leadership Coaching & Counseling.
Mr. Ferhat Kelleli, born in Istanbul in 1976, completed his Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and subsequently obtained his Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the same university. In addition, he participated in numerous professional training programs in risk management with a focus on digital banking.
Mr. Kelleli began his professional career in 1999 as an Auditor in the Internal Audit Department of our parent company, Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Between 2006 and 2008, he served as Head of Internal Audit at the Head Office of İşbank AG. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2012, he worked as Department Head (Holder of Procuration Authority) responsible for Credit Management (Back Office) and Legal Affairs.
Following his return to Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., Mr. Kelleli served as Deputy Director for Credit Operations from 2012 to 2014, as Unit Manager from 2014 to 2017, as Regional Director from 2017 to 2024, and subsequently from 2024 to 2026 as Department Head responsible for Loans in the Commercial Banking Customer Segment and Financial Analysis. Since 2024, he had been a member of the Committee for Transfers to the Intensive Care/Restructuring/Recovery Department and additionally held Supervisory Board positions in various subsidiaries of our parent company.
Since 11 May 2026, Mr. Kelleli has been a Member of the Management Board of İşbank AG and is responsible for the business divisions Credit Management – Corporates & Financial Institutions, Credit Management – Retail & Commercial, Non-Performing Loans/Loan Monitoring/Restructuring, Financial Management & Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Information Technology (IT), and Corporate Governance.
He is married, has one child, and speaks German and English.
