Please download the application: Isbank App TAN from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
The necessary information you will find in the activation letter sent to you personally. (APP TAN ID and activation code)
The AppTAN ID is on the frontside of the activation letter; You can find the activation code on the scratch-off area inside the envelope.
Start the APP TAN on your smartphone and enter the AppTAN ID in the first field and the 8-digit activation code in the second field.
Please enter your own PIN (8-16 digits) in the third and fourth fields.
The application is then ready for operation and can be used for logging in and for transactions via your online banking system.
